Dr. R.K. Goyal, B.E. in Agricultural Engineering (1987) from College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur;M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering (1989) from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and Ph.D. in Water Resources Engineering is presently working as Principal Scientist (Land and Water Management Engineering) at ICAR- Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Jodhpur. He possesses expertise of more than 23 years in arid lands’ hydrology; water/watershed management and climate change modelling. Dr. Goyal has published more than 125 research articles in national and international journals.
