Dr. S.J. Bedi, Professor and Ex-Head, Department of Botany, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, is a Senior Botanist with vast teaching and research experience of 31 years in the field of Plant Ecology and Systematic Botany. He guided numerous research projects funded by UGC and MoEF. He has published around 100 research papers in journals of national and international repute. He is fellow and founder member of IAAPC. In August 1986 he presented his finding in Seventh World Clean Air Congress at Sydney Australia. Presently, he is a consultant to various agencies for pollution control methodologies.
